Please read this carefully before you make your payment.
We appreciate that actors are often cast at short notice, and our refund policy is written with that in mind. The terms below cover withdrawals, credits and missed sessions across all Actors Lab Studio courses, workshops and classes. They apply from the point your invoice is paid.
We offer a full refund if you withdraw at least seven days before the course commences.
The course fee will not be refunded. We can offer you a credit for the sessions we are able to fill.
For any sessions we are unable to fill, a credit will not be given.
You may make it up by auditing one class in the other stream.
A credit will be offered if the session is missed for covid-related reasons.
Professional demands can mean classes are delayed or sessions moved.
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop or session, and full refunds are given where we do.
By paying your invoice, we assume you have read and agreed to the Actors Lab Studio code of conduct.
